Freek Hertman and Ruben van Hoof, students at the Lindenholt College needed to make a short movie for their school about the psychological reactions of Jewish civilians in Holland towards the anti-Jewish actions during the second world war.
Their script was based on the diaries of Anne Frank and Etty Hillesum.
