General Conditions

Historical Research
-For historical research we charge 40 euros per hour.
-This fee is excluding travel expenses.
-We start charging you as soon as we receive your questions and official request to work for you.

Historisch advice on location
To get a historical consultant to your set or location for continues advice during the filming, take part in pre-production meetings, etc, we charge;
-72 euros per hour
-This fee is excluding travel expenses.

Renting out props
-When the object is damaged or lost, the party who rents the object agrees to pay a compensation decided by the HAB3045.
-prices start at 10 euros per object, per day

Using our Historical actors/extras
-120 euros per day
-This fee is excluding travel expenses
-Lunch must be proviced
-We get permission to use photos and video for our website and PR purposes

-ALL prices are without a 12% administration fee, this will be added to the total price of the invoice.
-We send a basic invoice, a specified invoice will cost 20 euros.
-Invoice needs to be paid within 14 days.
-By contacting us trough email, telephone or regular mail, you agree with the General Conditions above.
